How to Reach Majuli by Train
Nearest railway station to Majuli is Jorhat Town Railway Station. Most of the trains from other states do not go directly to Jorhat so, you may need to board on another train at Guwahati Railway Station or Kamakhaya Railway Station. There are some trains that runs throughout the day you can board any train to reach here. From railway station you can easily get a taxi or sharing taxi to Nimati ghat from where you need to board a ferry and cross Brahmaputra River to reach Majuli.

How to Reach Majuli by Flight
Nearest airport to Majuli is Jorhat airport. It is domestic airport and so, you can book flights from Delhi and Kolkata to reach Jorhat. Now, from Jorhat you need to come at Nimati ghat from there book a ferry to Majuli.

Reach Majuli by Road
Majuli is also connected via a Roadways though it makes the journey little longer you have to go to Majuli via Lakhimpur. Also, you can take bus to Majuli, there are many Buses to Majuli from Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Sibsagar and nearby places. You can easily board a bus from Guwahati to Majuli, there are various types of buses available. If you are travelling with your own vehicle then one more thing you can do is first go to Jorhat from there you can book ferry from Nimati ghat for your vehicle as well and reach Majuli.
