Let’s see some of the lesser-known yet stunning places to explore in Kazakhstan. These places have less crowd compared to many other touristic Kazakhstan places to visit. So, let’s go:
1. Kaindy Lake
Kaindy Lake, located in Kazakhstan’s Kungey Alatau Mountains, is a mesmerizing sunken forest lake formed after an earthquake in 1911. It is one of the best places in Kazakhstan. The turquoise waters make a magical underwater forest, with the tops of submerged spruce trees protruding above the surface like eerie, ghostly spires. It is a perfect spot underwater diving where you can witness underwater trees preserved by the cold and crystal-clear water of this lake. 2. Boszhira Valley
Boszhira Valley Kazakhstan is located in Mangystau region was once a part of Tethys Ocean. It is a part of the Ustyurt Plateau, and resembles a lunar desert, with otherworldly landscape of towering white limestone cliffs, sharp ridges, vast plateaus, and dramatic rock formations shaped by millions of years of erosion. Located around 200 Km from Almaty, Charyn canyon is famously known as the “Grand Canyon of Kazakhstan.” It is made by the flow of Charyn river over millions of years, it features dramatic red rock formations, deep gorges, and towering cliffs. The Valley of Castles is one of the most famous spots, featuring fortress-like rock formations. Nearby hidden places like Temirlik Canyon and Yellow Canyon offer quieter, equally breathtaking landscapes. It has many hiking, camping and photography opportunity. 4. Kolsai Lakes
Kolsai Lake Kazakhstan is not a single lake but a group of three lakes, known as the “Pearls of the Tien Shan.” These deep blue alpine lakes surrounded by dense forests and snow-capped peaks, offers breathtaking scenery and a peaceful retreat into nature. The first Kolsai lake is easily accessible, while the second and third require a challenging hike into the untouched natural beauty of Kazakhstan. 5. Torysh

Torysh Kazakhstan is remote and largely undiscovered by tourists, it will make you wonder how unique and mystical nature could be. Away from crowds, valley of Balls Kazakhstan is must visit for everyone.

These places in Kazakhstan are not just beautiful and but also very unique in fact, some of them gives the feeling that you have come to some other planet.
