McLeod Ganj in Dharamshala is also known as “Little Lhasa” because it is home to the Tibetan government-in-exile as well as home of Dalai Lama. This little Tibet is home to various Tibetan monasteries including Namgyal Monastery and Tsuglagkhang Complex, where the Dalai Lama resides, are essential cultural landmarks. This place is also known as Dalai lama temple complex and is home to Dalai Lama temple and Kalchakra temple. 4. Tibetan Museum

Tibetan museum Dharamshala is the official museum of the Central Tibetan Administration. The museum in McLeod Ganj provides information about Tibetan culture, history, and the Tibetan struggle for freedom. It houses various exhibits, including photographs, sculptures, and manuscripts.

Naddi hill point Mcleod Ganj is the highest view point in Dharamshala. It is located around 7 Km from Dharamshala and around 4 Km from McLeod Ganj in Naddi village. Naddi view point is undoubtedly the best place to see amazing view of the massive Dhauladhar ranges. You can hike from Mcleodganj till here for adventurous experience however this is also easily accessible via roads in case you don’t want to hike.

showcases a stunning collection of 40 masterpiece paintings created in a span of 25 years. It consists of two parts Tara Gallery and Tibetan Gallery which exhibits traditional thangka art, and the journey of Buddhist paintings from India to Tibet and from Tibet back to India.
