Travelling need lots of energy and for getting energy we need good food. Getting a proper food is one of the major challenges while travelling we end up eating non hygienic or very expensive food. Here are few healthy options you should try while travelling next time.

1. Homemade Food

There is no food that could beat homemade foods. It is the best and most healthy option to carry homemade foods. There are many food items which don’t get spoiled for some days, it is best to make those foods items permanent travel partner of yours.

2. Fruits

Buy fresh fruits or carry fruits like apple, oranges, banana, grapes etc. Fruits provides abundance of essential vitamins, minerals and fibers which you will be needing while travelling.

3. Nuts and Seeds

Nuts like cashews, almonds, walnuts etc. are excellent source of proteins, healthy fats and fibers. Also is easy to carry just be mindful and eat small portion just as much you need. As eating too much nuts could be bad for health and you don’t want to be in bad health while travelling.

4. Sandwiches

Sandwiches are another good option that you can have. These are light and satisfying to eat. It also comes with lots of energy depending upon which type of sandwich you opt for.

5. Milk

Milk is very good source of essential calcium, vitamins and minerals body needs. Not just milk there are many dairy products one could have while travelling. Today there are many options available for dairy products even if you don’t like consuming milk solely there are different types of milkshakes available, chocolate milks, lassi etc.
