5. Be Ready for Emergencies
Get familiar with weather condition of your destination, what is your fitness level, in case of emergency where should you go, if you are going to high altitude do you need oxygen cylinder etc.
Always carry First-Aid with you and also learn how to do First-Aid. It is a life skill which could save your life in emergency or maybe you could save someone’s life with these skills. It will help you at all times not just during travelling.
Even if you are completely fit and fine, you should always be ready for emergencies. You never know what could happen especially while you are travelling.
